Our History


KARMIRI Farm is a family-run operation whose growing practices
have been handed down across generations by Panagiotis and Sophia Karmiri.
They had strict guidelines which included not spraying their olive groves with harmful pesticides or chemicals,
and never irrigating their olive trees artificially to maintain minimal acidity of their olive oil.
They picked their olives by hand, early in the harvest, and sent them to the mill
within hours of picking to ensure maximal nutrition, freshness and quality of their end product.
Today, the KARMIRI Family continues to respect their tradition and commitment
to producing high quality extra virgin olive oil.
